As opposed to the classic established sector attitude, 3D Yapı prefers to adopt a project by project approach. With such an approach management teams are established and work is planned according to the requirements of each particular project. Such a flexible structure both decreases management costs and increases efficiencies. In addition the construction group is privileged to have on hand, for more than 16 years the same subcontractor infrastructure, and as such our construction activities comfortably comply with or improve upon the programmes established through “Microsoft Project”
